Things are a bit unsettled in my house. DOD is still angry at Lacey and thinks we should send her back...mom is hanging in with wanting to keep her. DOD will call the insurance company this morning and see what his policy covers.... and that may be the deciding factor......he is going to be some cranky if he has to pay for a leather seat!
Lacey did go for a walk with DOD and me this morning....this was the first time for her without mom. She was good....
Have you noticed movies about this sort of thing are a lot funnier than reality? mom says she will not let me and Lacey watch Marley and Me ever, ever.
And a very wise decision of mom's......you certainly don' need encouragement Robbie and you need to keep Lacey feeling safe. It was a real step forward that she went out with you and DOD without mom this morning. Tansy and I are thinking of you all especially DOD. Take care.

ReplyDeleteDusty and Hurley sent a video about giving dogs a second chance...DOD watched it touched his heart. I think things are looking better.
